Healthy recipes to EAT your stress out! Awesome and tasty!

Stress, especially chronic stress, affects  negatively  on our health, and sometimes it also leaves bad consequences. Luckily, we can protect ourselves by regular consuming products that have nutritive ingredients which  help to strengthen out organism and allows to resist stressful situations. Here  are  some healthy recipes  that will make your day a lot better.

Broccoli cream soup

ingredients:

-1 broccoli (around 500 g)

– 1 leek

– 400 g potatoes

-3 teaspoons olive oil

– 1l vegetable stock

-1 tea-spoon dry thyme

– salt and pepper

Preparation:

Wash the vegetables, especially the leek. Cut the broccoli on small pieces. Cut the leek on small rings. Peel and cut the potatoes. In big pot warm the oil and saute the leek to soften it, but do not let it get dark. Add the broccoli and the potatoes and saute them couple minutes  too. Then add the vegetable stock and continue to cook for 30 min. when the vegetables soften, turn the fire off, and the soup mix with hand blender. Put salt and pepper and add the dry thyme.

Pasta with walnuts

Ingredients:

– 400g wholemeal pasta

– handful of walnuts

– 2dl sweet or oatmeal cream

– 2 teaspoons  extra virgin olive oil

– salt and pepper

– a bunch of basil, chives and parsley

– parmesan (as you wish)

Preparation:

Cook the pasta. While they are cooking cut the walnuts and put them in a pan with oil and fry them. Drain the Cooked pasta and add the walnuts. Stir and carefully add the cream. Put salt and pepper. Cook the mix  until when the cream heats. Cut the herbs and add them in the on the served plate. Add parmesan for stronger aroma.

Tuna with almonds

Ingredients:

– 30g  almonds cut as leaves

– 400g tuna

– 3 teaspoons extra virgin olive  oil

– 2 teaspoons balsamic  vinegar

-1 orange or lemon (freshly squeezed)

-1 spoon of cut leaves of parsley

Preparation:

In an empty pan fry the almonds for couple of minutes ( be careful not to make them dark). After frying put them in plate and put them aside. Then in the pan heat the oil and put the tuna in it. Cover it a little t and fry it on the both sides for 3 minutes. Take the pan away from the heat and leave it for couple of minutes. Mix the vinegar and the orange juice. Cut the tuna on 1 cm tick pieces. Put them on plate and then pour  the mixture of vinegar and orange juice and on top of that add the parsley and the almonds.
